About V
My name is Valeria and I come all the way from Patagonia, Argentina.
My passion is sharing the unique flavors from my country.

I have a love for baking and teaching, and even though I've been doing both for a long time, I have decided to offer the sweet and savory Argentine flavors to more than just my friends and family.

Alfajores, Cones and Mini Pies
What is an alfajor?
An alfajor is not just a cookie, it’s a little piece of heaven filled with dulce de leche that will melt in your mouth. As my boys always say, “One is never enough!”.
Alfajores and mini pies are traditional sweets from Argentina, and they’re the perfect pair with a good coffee or an afternoon tea with a friend.

I invite you to discover the diverse alfajor options and mini pies because food is how we connect, and I would love to connect with you and your family of clients.

Argentine Empanadas & Mini Tarts
What are empanadas and tarts?
An Argentine empanada is a half-moon shaped flour-based dough usually stuffed with savory fillings.

Baked by V offers organic beef, caprese (Mozzarella, tomato and basil) and sweet creamy corn flavors.

Argentine tarts are a pastry crust filled with different savory fillings that are thickened with eggs and milk or cream.

Empanas and tarts should be kept refrigerated and should be heated before eating. They last up to three days in the fridge or they can be frozen for later consumption.

They are great for any meal, get together, party, and even for kids' school lunches!

A Spanish potato tortilla is a traditional Spanish dish that is typically served as a tapa or light meal.

Baked By V Makes it "Our Style". Argentina received so many Spaniard immigration and with them the "tortilla española" arrived in Argentina and was introduced to us by many of our grandparents or parents.

The dish consists of a thick omelet made with potatoes, onions, and eggs. The potatoes are usually sliced thinly and fried in olive oil until they are soft and tender. The eggs are then beaten and mixed with the potatoes and onions before being cooked in a pan until the omelette is set.
